Do you believe I'd put a picture of such poor quality on my blog? Believe it. I always forget my camera and so I end up resorting to my iphone. A few weeks ago we went to the Melting Pot for dinner. My dad gave us a gift certificate for it so we got to enjoy a nice night out with some yummy fondue. We loved the whole experience. We would both recommend it to anyone who has never gone to go. We had our own private booth that had curtains we could close for even more privacy. So romantic, I know.
That same weekend we went to this bakery that is privately owned called New York West Bakery to get this apple danish. Zac had been dreaming it about ever since he had some at work and so we went to get our own. It was pretty good. I'm more of a chocolate lover personally though.
The other night we went to SouperSalad for dinner, yeah you read it right, SouperSalad. We had coupons for it and on the advertisement we got in the mail said they were featuring a new Seafood Menu. Well when we got there we learned that entailed their Clam Chowder soup, crab salad and tuna skroodle. My bad. Luckily our friends were good sports and were able to fill up on something. Below Zac has created his very own nacho bar with macaroni and cheese, taco meat and tortilla chips, How creative huh?
Our friend Aaron is enjoying the delicacies of goldfish crackers mixed with some potato salad. Mmmm, delicious. I hope I'm not making anyone too hungry. Anyways we had a good time and a few good laughs. I'll never forget it and I'll probably never go back either. Not recommended by the Freestones. Sweet Tomatoes trumps this place easy.
Told you this was a miscellaneous post. I just don't have anything monumental to record these days.

Love your pictures! I nearly gagged again when I saw Zac's picture...Although, I think we had more than just "a few laughs"...We had a great time and we forgive you for picking the place!:)
Um, Becky, you forgot to mention that my nachos were also garnished with jalapenos from the salad bar. No nacho would be complete without them.
We need to try that Melting Pot place sometime. I've heard the dessert is really good, but the dinner is just okay- would you agree? I love that Zac is so excited about his danish- one of the many reasons why we love that guy!
Sarah's right - the cheese and the dessert part of Melting Pot is delicious, but the dinner is just ok right? Love, loved the cheese when we went.
And when we come out, can we PLEASE get that apple danish? I love those fruit dessert/breakfast things.
Loving your hair curly too Beck. Is it getting curlier b/c of pregnancy? Can you post a belly shot soon?? iPhone quality or not.
I want to go to the Melting Pot too!! Especially since I live right by it! I'm glad to hear that you liked it. Now I just have to convince Caleb...
